Nicely appointed hotel, the stay was really lovely, perfect location in a lovely area. I booked recently renovated and generous sized room with a shower, tacky decor and patio. The breakfast was hot and lovely and the food was outstanding. The service was exceptional with an early check-in.

Appreciated the location to a local pub in the rain. I had the double room which was functional and airy with balcony.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Reasonably priced place with very positive stay for 1 night. All the staff were exceptionally nice and superbly friendly. - the room was nice sized, spotless, and practical with ample storage. - the setting was stunning, right by garden area and the center of Ipswich. - Conveniently located 2 miles away from Jimmy's Farm.

It is a wonderful base for short stay, has good views of a garden and stream. Airy & neat room, with central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen TV. Lots of products for a nice hot breakfast. Good value, favourable location.

Staff has deleted my wifi could not undo it and I did not have my bass key for my browser with me, sorry who has no idea should not do it, I am dependent on my wifi on the road.

Fresh and well-kept spot with welcoming, quick, and super helpful staff, although the manager wasn't around 🌟.

The swimming pool was very good. The lunch box was filled to capacity. The restaurant was good

The bathrooms are a bit outdated.

The room I had included a bath and offered a wake-up service.
